How to use the Circulation Maxx
Remove your shoes and socks, sit down and place of you feet onto the footpads on the device. Both feet need to be touching the pads for the Circulation Maxx to work and the pulses to be felt.
It does not matter if your feet are larger than the footplates or if you have smaller feet and they do not cover the footplates entirely. The electrical pulses are the same for each section of the footplate so as long as your feet have good contact with the device, you will feel the pulses as normal.
Select the power level (1-99), the EMS cycle and the timer either using the control panel on the device or using the remote. We recommend 30 minutes of use per day.
TENS Pads
The Circulation Maxx comes with 4 TENS pads which can be used anywhere on the body, except your head and neck.
Plug in, Place all 4 pads on the skin and select the 'body' option on the device. Increase the power level you require and sit back and relax.

The Circulation Maxx has a built in timer which can be set up to 60 minutes and will automatically stop when it reaches 0. This means you can use the device whilst reading or watching TV and not have to worry about keeping track of how long you have been using it for.

What is EMS?
EMS stands for Electrical muscle stimulation. It has a variety of uses including sports recovery, injury rehabilitation and for helping reduce the symptoms of muscular and circulatory issues.
It works by sending small electrical pulses into the muscles to make them contract which mimics movement and stimulates blood flow.
This can prevent the pooling of blood and fluid in the lower extremities which helps reduce swelling, aching and pain.
Can I use the Circulation Maxx if I have a pacemaker?
No. Unfortunately you cannot use the Circulation Maxx if you have a pacemaker or similar device.
We recommend checking with your pharmacist or GP before purchasing if you are unsure.
Can I use the Circulation Maxx if I have a hip/knee replacement
If your replacement knee or hip is made from Titanium, then you are safe to use the Circulation Maxx.
If not, you cannot use this device unfortunately.

What power level do I need to use?
We recommend starting at level 1 and increasing it until the electrical pulses can be felt. Over time, as your circulation improves, you can reduce the level you need to use.
How long should I use it for?
We recommend one 30-minute session a day, but this may need to be increased to two or three sessions if you have very poor circulation.
I cannot feel the pulses
If you cannot feel the pulses, it is most likely because you have very poor circulation. We recommend testing the device with your hands and increasing the power level until you can feel it.
Another reason you may not be able to feel the electrical pulses is if you have very dry feet. You can use a water-based moisturiser to add moisture to the soles of your feet.

I cannot feel the pulses using the TENS pads
All 4 TENS Pads need to be used at the same time for the pulses to be felt. They must be securely stuck to bare skin and not be overlapping.
Ensure the lead is plugged into the device correctly.

- Fill in the returns information on your dispatch note that you received with the item.
- Ensure your item is in its original condition with all packaging we may charge a restocking fee for any items that are missing parts/packaging or not in original condition.
- Pack your item and enclose the completed dispatch note for identification. (Items returned without a dispatch note will not be refunded)

All parcels must be returned at your own expense. We advise using a tracked service and keeping hold of your postage receipt until you have received your refund. Parcels will remain your responsibility until they are received and inspected by ourselves, we cannot refund items lost by the carrier.
We are unable to offer a collection service or send a returns label.
